Who are we?
We are a company specialising in property management, the administration of single-owner, multi-unit residential buildings, sales and rentals, and guidance in real estate matters. We are full members of the Guild of Real Estate Managers of Barcelona.
About us
We are a family business founded in 1984 by Pere Alives Andilla, and managed since 1998 by his three daughters M. Rosa, Queles and Ester. Following the footsteps of the founder, we place great emphasis on human values and teamwork.
Our objective
Our aim is to manage the property of our clients with an honest, bespoke, personalised service, so as to achieve for these clients the best possible results and utmost peace or mind.
